Ingredients for 12 pcs:

115g butter, 170g dark chocolate, 25g cocoa, 3 eggs, 200g caster sugar, vanilla essence, 140g wheat flour, 380g dulce de leche or salted dulce de leche, 100g shredded and dry-roasted walnuts or pecans.


Melt the butter, add crumbled chocolate, mix until melted. Take off fire and add cocoa, mix until smooth. Once cool put into the mixer. Add eggs, mixing one after another at the highest speed. Then add sugar, vanilla, and flour. Mix the ingredients and add the nuts at the end. Line a shallow 17x27cm brownies tin with baking paper. Place one half of the dough on the paper then put 1/3 of the dulce de leche on top and spread evenly into a thin layer. Afterwards, add the rest of the brownies dough and spread the remaining dulce de leche on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 1750C. Leave to cool and cut into squares.
