Kaymak tarts

Ingredients:

24 pcs of shortcrust pastry tarts, 0.5kg dulce de leche or salted dulce de leche and for decoration candied fruits, desiccated coconut, shredded nuts or other dried tropical fruit.

 Instructions:

Put the dulce de leche into a pastry bag with a 10mm tip, fill in the shells with dulce de leche and decorate to your liking.
