DULCE DE LECHE

Traditional Argentinian dairy cream of velvety structure, ideal and delicate flavour and high technological properties. It is used for decorating, filling and layering of cakes and pastry. It is a perfect addition to whipped cream.

Ingredients:

Dulce de leche (DL01): whole pasteurized milk, sugar, glucose syrup, acidity regulator – baking soda, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), enzyme lactase.

Dulce de leche with sea salt (DL03): whole pasteurized milk, sugar, glucose syrup, sea salt, acidity regulator – baking soda, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), enzyme lactase.

Packaging: plastic buckets 6.5kg, 14kg.

Expiration date: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Store in temperature from +20C to +100C.
