KAJMAK MASSES

Kajmak masses are ready-made products. They find a whole range of applications depending on the kajmak type. Most commonly they are used for layering of layer cakes, cakes, biscuits and wafers. They are also used as filling for pastry and fairy cakes and are added to pancakes, waffles and ice-creams. They have an exquisite flavour when combined with fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit, alcohol, whipped cream and ice-cream.

Classic kajmak (KJ01) - thick, dark-brown cream,ideal for use when heated in warm water or a microwave. It is recommended for layering of cakes, wafers and other pastry and as a topping. Once shaped, the kaymak retains its decorative properties for a long time and as such makes an ideal cake decoration. It can be combined with butter, whipped cream, cottage cheese, nuts and dried fruit.

Ingredients: sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, whey, acidity regulator – baking soda, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), aroma.

Confectionery kajmak - it is a kajmak of versatile application used for decorating, filling and layering just like the other kajmaks. Additionally, it has a thermostable addition which makes it suitable for baking as a cake filling. It also comes in nut flavour.

Ingredients:

Confectionery kajmak (KJ05): sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, whey, thickeners- modified corn starch, milk proteins, dietary fibre, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, polysorbate 60, acidity regulators – baking soda and adipic acid, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), aroma.

Confectionery kajmak nut taste (KJ06): sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, whey, thickeners- modified corn starch, milk proteins, dietary fibre, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, polysorbate 60, acidity regulators – baking soda and adipic acid, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), nut aroma.

Kajmak krowka (KJ07) - modern filling combining kajmak flavour and universal application with affordable price. It is ideal for decorating, layering, and filling.

Ingredients: sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, whey, pectin, guar gum, acidity regulator – baking soda, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), aroma.

Kajmak with alcohol (KJ08) (NEW!) - kajmak mass with an addition of spirit, its creamy consistency makes it suitable for use directly after unpacking. It spreads easily and combines ideally with all kinds of cream-based cakes. It is recommended for layering of cakes and other pastry. It can be combined with butter, whipped cream, cottage cheese as well as nuts and dried fruit.

Ingredients: sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, water, glucose syrup, whey, spirit (do 5%), acidity regulator – baking soda, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), aroma.

Packaging: plastic buckets 6.5kg, 14kg.

Expiration date: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Store in temperature from+20C to +100C.
