Deluxe kajmak for ice-cream (KJ04) - cream based on milk powder, sugar and confectionery fat. It was created for ice-cream making as a variegato. Soft in consistency and delicate in flavour, it is easy to dose and behaves well in low temperatures.

Ingredients: sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, acidity regulator – baking soda, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), aroma.

Dulce de leche for ice-cream (DL02) - Argentine variegato to ice-cream, appreciated for its unique taste, scent and colouring.

Ingredients: sugar, whole pasteurized milk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, burnt sugar, acidity regulator – baking soda, thickeners – modified starch, carrageenan, preservative – potassium sorbate (E202), aroma.

Packaging: plastic buckets 6.5kg, 14kg.

Expiration date: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Store in temperature from +20C to +100C.
